Data Acquisition Lidar LAS file

I am using MicroStation V8i with GeoPak

I have an existing ground lidar LAS file in UTM meters format.The microstation file I'm importing the data into is in US Survey Feet. Is there a process in MS/GeoPak that will convert this Meters data to US Survey Feet?
