SS3 tranpose geometry and drape surface

Hi,

I am used to work with in SS2 version of PowerCivil. But nowadays I am working in SS3 version and I have some questions :

1. How can I drape a line string into my terrain model as a saperated element from my surface in SS3. it was so easy in SS2 version.

2.How can I transpose my horizantal geometry in SS3. it was also so easy in SS2 version :)
