Corridor Modeler XS Labeler

I am trying to run the cross section labeler in Corridor Modeler, however I keep getting the following error:

I have tried different files/projects. I have also tried registering the BentleyControls.ocx.

I am running PowerGEOPAK 08.11.07.615

Any ideas?
