Borehole Navigator bombing on me (PowerGEOPAK SELECTSeries 2)

I've loaded my preference file (gtp) and then loaded my database (mdb). When I select all my borings and go to visualize them in my plan, I get the error:

and then it loads thedebugger. Any ideas? as always, many thanks in advance.
