[OpenRoads] Project profile to Element

Hi,
Does anyone share similar problem with the command Project profile to Element? I deal with a very simple task - just want to project main road centerline onto side road centerline. Please see the video and dgn attached. I'm running PowerInroads .722. Thank you in advance.
