Place Plan Note - Inroads SS2

I want to ask two questions regarding Place Plane Note in Inroads SS2

Is there is a way to add new Data to the inserts like Radius or Detla Angle ?
Is there is a way to remove the arrow and to have only straight line from the note as seen in the picture attached ?
