microstation - geopak v8 errors

I am receiving an error message that I can't clear.  The message reads as follows:

1 Unable to load/create dialog item of type 'IconCmd', id = 201 from dialog "EX_PROF"

2 Unable to load/create dialog item of type 'IconCmd', id = 202 from dialog "EX_PROF"

3 Unable to load/create dialog item of type 'IconCmd', id = 203 from dialog "EX_PROF"

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
