Element not valid for tool

Hi

When inserting a civil cell junction, I locate first Secondary CL, after that I locate Main_EOP. But I cant , because it is said to be not valid for element, thought a can locate it with vertical geometry tool "Profile Intersection Point"

I am using PowerCivil for Denmark SS3
