Bentley Map will not start

Hello!

When I open Bentley Map from Power Rail Track SS2 08.11.07.615) or from the PowerCivil for Sweden SS2 (08.11.07.615), I get an error message: TOPOCORE ERROR and System Fault: 29539th. It works for everyone else at the office.

Any suggestions?
