I have read in many areas (even here) that in order to use the P&P generator, create profile sets for use in constructions plans and possibly even cross sections sets for use in construction plans, a dual installation of SS3 and SS2 is required. SS2 is required to create the profile and sections sets.
I want someone from Bentley to directly address whether this is true and if so, list all typical drafting tasks for creation of construction drawings which would require going back to SS2 whiloe doing the modeling in SS3. Also when will SS3 be able to perform all tasks as needed to create a typical set of construction plans.
