Roadway Designer Results Mismatched elevation

Any guess about this error?  My corridor works just fine until I give my end condition a style.  Once I do, the DTM still comes out OK, but the TIN just connects each exterior boundary point to each other.

Here is the error I'm getting, this is just a sample, it goes on for 212 pages:
