Civil Model enhancement request

When you open up the tree to the design file, you have Linear Elements, Point Elements, etc., on to Corridors.

When you open up Corridors, it lists several subordinate element types: Templates, Components, Features, etc.

When you open up Components or Features, it indiscriminately and disorderly lists all Components or 3D Linear Elements derived from the template drops in the corridor.

I would like to see a breakout list based on the component and point feature definitions such as you see when working in the template editor. For example:

  • Corridors
    • Corridor X
      • Templates
      • Components
        • Curb and gutter
        • Pavement
          • Surface course
          • ...
        • Granular
          • Subbase
        • Mesh Transitions
          • Mesh Transition 1
          • Mesh Transition 2
          • ...
      • Features
        • Centerline
          • CL
        • Edge of lane
          • Lane 1 left
          • Lane 1 right
          • Lane 2 left
          • Lane 2 right
          • ....
        • Edge of pavement
          • EP left
          • EP right
        • Back of curb
        • Edge of shoulder
        • ....

I feel that it would help the user tremendously when troubleshooting the problems we see when attempting to create terrain models from corridors. And it might help the user identify redundancies and inconsistencies and other conflicts across template drops.

Using Geopak SS3 .722.
