Target Aliasing Issues

I have an issue in SS3 in that if I add an external reference to my corridor, it causes the target aliasing dialog to not show any of my available targets. See before and after screenshots below. Using PowerGeopak 08.11.09.722

Any similar issues noted? Or fixes?
