Corridor Modeling - Cross section labeling

Whenever I try to open Cross Section Labeling inside Corridor Modeling I get the following error message

Though in project manager I have everything defined

Not sure if the issues are related but in addition, my .rdp file never saves my geometry. I have to re-add the chain every time I open corridor modeling.

I'm using SS2, V8i, 08.11.07.615

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
