Geopak Drainage - Composite Spread Slope

Is "Inlet - composite Spread Slope" being computed in Geopak drainage? Can anyone explain if it is.

I am trying to follow HEC-22 and it says Sx is a known value based on a gutter cross section and they give a diagram. Whenever I get a rpt, they are something different.

Example,

My spread section is as follows

Alignment 22' to EOPavement. then 7.62% for 1.39' which represents the lowest point on the gutter. (my order is correct in geopak drainage)

Geopak says the composite spread slope is 0.0595.

Ive tried using a nomograph to duplicate. Tried doing calcs too...using HEC-22 procedures

Anyone help?
