To Whoever Can Help,
I am a summer intern at an engineering consultant firm and have limited knowledge of Inroads so whoever can help it would be appreciated.
To get whoever reads this up to speed:
-we use Inroads V8 running with 2009 autocad
-we have our profile views and cross sections created for the road in Inroads along with surfaces and all the fancy stuff
Now the issue:
- I have a gasline that is underneath and to the left of my road and I need to make it show in my cross sections. The issue is the linetype representing the gasline is not a feature but a polyline and inroads cannot insert it into my cross sections, I was just going to snap a new feature line to it but any traingles that I would snap to are none existant so that is not an option, also my computer cannot use microstation for some reason so that is also not an option. This file was sent to me from township source so I dont know if im missing something I need or what.
If anyone would have some form of a solution that would be a great help.
