Want to get started with Corridor Modeling but there's no button to bring up the dialogue box. How do I get to it?

The corridor modeling start up button is suppose to show in either the applications>geopak dropdown menu, or inside Geopak road tools but it's completely missing. is this a bentley issue or do i need to do something?
