I am having problems creating vertical compound curves. On paper (and in reality) the compound curves should work but GEOPAK is not trimming the tangents. The picture below is an example. The area circled as #1 is a reverse curve of 76 for the first curve and 90 for the second curve. When I input 90 for the second curve length the tangent wont trim. If I change it to 89.999 then the tangent trims. Now #2 is another problem, that curve is also 90 and it will not trim the last tangent (POE). What's going on? changing the curve to 89.999 or 89.996 will not work and I do not want to add a .01 extension to the end of my vert because it is not accurate.
