Justification of elevation at decimal point

Is there any option in OpenRoads SS4, When Importing survey data the elevation justification at decimal point for the linear features and spots should be there like in SS2 under Survey options->symbology. Also how can we rotate the elevations along the linear features. Do we have to do it manually or there is any workflow.
