As I imported profiles from the GPK, for some reason it showed up as a Microstation element. I'm essentially tracing over it with a Geopak element with a series of VPIs. I initially set a K value of 100. Now I'm going through each curve to match what I had imported. When I snap to the Microstation curvature and then click, Geopak crashes. When I snap to the Microstation curvature and then press Enter to lock the corresponding length, it's fine.
Now, I realize it's not a good idea to snap to a Microstation element with the intention of using that as a basis for a Geopak element lock, but on the flip side, it probably shouldn't crash if I do it accidentally. In fact, the crash I encountered a little bit ago wiped out a bit more work than I'd like to waste. This fact is one among many reasons that it shouldn't crash when I forget to lock the length when tracing over a Microstation element.
Using Geopak SS4 .872.
