Proposed Cross Section Criteria Error

I am having difficulty getting proposed cross sections to run today. I get the following error when i select my template:

My GPK_Typical path is pointing to the directory where the criteria files are located. For some reason it is looking in the project directory for this file.

Anyone else ever had this occur?
