We are using Microstation SS3 and Power InRoads SS3.
A client has supplied several dwg files and we need them in dgn format. We understand several ways to translate 2D dwg data (text, leaders, dimensions, linework, blocks, etc) into dgn format, as follows: perform save-as from dwg to dgn, perform export from AutoCAD to dgn, reference dwg inside dgn and copy 2D data, reference dwg inside dgn and "merge to master". Out of the above mentioned methods, or others not mentioned, is there any one or combination that is best to ensure data is properly translated into the dgn format and provide optimum SS3 funtionality?
