We understand that by selecting: Worspaces->Preferences->View Options - Civil, we get options to change default preferences, such as manipulator settings, etc. However, the "Toggle Commands" option is not availabel until we toggle the button in the task menu. Is this performance as expected, or should we be able to see all preference settings options without having to make other selections?
