Hello,
We are using Microstation V8i SS3 and Power InRoads V8i SS3.
We have in our dgn file objects that were imported from Autodesk software and the properties of these elements says is "Locked" under the Extended category of Element Properties dialog. The Locked category does not allow editing and the elements will not delete or drop. Is there a way to unlock these entities so can delete them?
