Flat Bottom Ditch shows up as a V-Ditch in Proposed Contours

Hi,

I have a flat bottom ditch in roadway designer.  Using point controls, I tie the ditch to a profile.  It looks fine in roadway designer and the DTM (when cutting geopak cross sections).  But when I load the proposed contours, it does not show the flat bottom ditch, but shows a v-ditch.  Attached is a screen shot of the ditch (in blue) vs. the contours and the DTM.

Any ideas on this?
