InRoads - Topography - and Parking Lots

I have to do all Parking Lots on my installation.

I'd like to do them in 3d on hte topography we have.

I'd like to draw in the top view and perform 2 things.

Draw the curb and gutter fro m the top view and have it automatically attach to the Ground????

I'd like to have it create the ashphault between the gutters with ease with a fill between gutters???

Then to make things worse.  I know that the elevation data will be improved and hope to just inlay the new data and have the curbs and lots correct themselves???

Is this possible.
