The open roads horizontal geometry point tools seem to be lacking symbology settings. The feature definitions are defined in the xin file including cells and annotations but when placed only the cell appears with no annotations and no method for scaling the cells they appear to be coming in larger than the actual cell in the cell library. There is no effect from the design file annotation scale.
