Just when I'm getting used to SS2 we move to SS3. One thing that I am having troubles with is my alignment names. When I create an alignment for one alignment, the name I give it sticks, when I create another alignment I give it a name of Ramp_A but it instead gives me a name of Ramp_A1, then when I try to rename it via the feature name or in navigator it keeps incrementing the name to Ramp_A2, Ramp_A3 etc. What am I doing wrong and how do I rename the alignment to just Ramp_A. I also have two mainline alignments. The NB alignment I created is fine (NB75_D) and its named what I named it. I used the offset alignment option for southbound and it worked fine but the southbound alignment (SB75_D1) appended the name with a 1 after it. When I look in project explorer there is a SB75_D AND a SB75_D1. Can someone shed some clarity on this?
