OpenRoads Overlay/Stripping Component - Incorrect Top and Bottom Mesh Formation

I've found some other posts regarding odd behavior in OpenRoads when using the Overlay/Stripping component, but I haven't found a post mentioning the incorrect Top and Bottom Mesh formation when using an Overlay/Stripping component.  I'm actually seeing the same incorrect behavior when constraining a component using "Project to Surface" option.  It's as if the collection of points defining top and bottom mesh at each station do not include any points derived from a surface tracing component.
