Vertical alignment parameters

Hi

I have a question regarding the vertical parameters when creating a vertical alignment.

If i place a circular curve of length 80m the vertical parameter comes out as something like 20 but when i view the report on the profile the actual vertical parameter that appears to be the circular curve radius is of magnitude 100 times bigger. 

So is the vertical curve parameter as i suspect the circular curve radius x 100? If so why wouldn't Powercivil just show the actual radius?
