Displaying Cells on Cross Sections

Hello,

I am trying to figure out the best way to display manholes, inlets, power poles on my SS4 cross sections. Most of the time these are not going to be located directly at my interval cuts. I am currently using Geopak but am a Inroads user. In the past I was able to display them buy simply setting my projection 12.5 ahead and 12.5 back for 25 foot intervals.  Is there a way or best practice to achieve this through OpenRoads? I also would like to utilize it for my SUDA Cells for all my proposed drainage.

All the videos seem to show Linear Features. I was hoping to see something more on a random point.
