My template contains lanes constrained with horizontal and slope constraints (11' and 2%). I'm also using point controls to vary the lane widths through certain areas of my corridor. (This is done with Feature controls and having it follow a feature line stored in a surface.)
The issue I'm having occurs when the inside lane is widened and I'm trying to rotate upwards greater than 2%. Inroads is projecting 2% down for 11' from my profile grade point and then using that elevation for my inside edge even though it is 16' off the centerline.
I've tried changing the priorities of the point controls; however, I can't get it to project 2% down for 16' and then use that as my edge of roadway. Is there a way to control this? I swear it was working before but now seems to have changed.
Thanks for your help!
Heres some pictures to try and explain my problem:
1: Point controls controlling superelevation and lane widths
2: My section using all the point controls ( you can see elevation of left edge is 365.912)
3. Same section with the point control for left edge Feature turned off (elevation is still 365.912)
