Geopak DDB item not found

This might end up being an easy fix, but I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to search paths.  I'm working in Power GEOPAK SS4 (Version 08.11.09.789).  I'm trying to add a feature to an alignment that should create stationing, tic marks, etc.  However, I'm getting an error message "Geopak DDB item EX_CentrLine was not found", and it's searching on my C drive rather than on our server (F drive) for the standards that we use.  I think I have narrowed the problem down to the Native Style used under the plan section of the feature definition.  I have attached an image showing the element information for the feature definition I am using.  When I try to use the pull down for the Ex_CntrLine Native style, it tries to go to the default.ddb on my C drive.  I'm confused because the D&C manager is able to find the correct ddb file on our server.  Also, the Config variables for GPK_ACBOOK_DDBFILE and GPKDDBDIR are both set to the directory on our F drive containing the IDOT.ddb file that we use as our standard.  The attached image also shows the error message in the message center as well as the Item review information.  I hope I've posted this in the correct location.  Any help is appreciated.
