We are in the process of consolidating our many Bentley Civil Products down to Power InRoads and PowerSurvey. On one users XP PC, I installed the new Power versions but left the old software. This morning, in InRoads Survey 8.5, he suddenly lost the ability to edit an observation. When he double clicks in the Fieldbook dialog box on an observation, or uses the right click Edit... nothing happens. No dialog box and he can still use all of the interface controls. I thought the dialog box might be open but not visible, but one it is open, he should be unable to use the Fieldbook dialog box and its right click menu, but he can. This tells me the dialog box is not opening.
Does anyone have any clue as to what is happening and how to fix it?
